It sounds odd, but this Banana Ketchup from Rubies in the Rubble is really quite popular! Great for adding a sweet twist to Caribbean dishes, it can be used as a dip, ketchup or marinade. Made from fresh bananas with a little kick of heat from the ginger and chilli. Try it with curries, roasted vegetables, halloumi or sweet potato fries!
